How FRIGG’s Click-Lock® System protects your baby
Safe, simple, and stress-free As parents, we’re always looking for small ways to make life easier and safer for our little ones. At FRIGG,...
There are small moments in a baby’s day that ask for calm. A soft breath before sleep. A quiet pause in your arms. The FRIGG Butterfly pacifier is made for these moments. It is designed to comfort, soothe, and support your baby through the early stages of life, where everything is new and still unfolding. It follows your baby gently through the first rhythms of life, where comfort is not always predictable. It offers a small sense of familiarity in moments that can otherwise feel overwhelming for both baby and parent. Made with a soft and thoughtful design, it is there without asking for attention. Like a quiet presence, it supports without interrupting the natural flow of closeness between you and your child.
The butterfly shape is not just a design choice. It reflects change, lightness, and growth. A baby’s early life is full of small transformations, just like a butterfly moving from cocoon to open air.
The Butterfly pacifier from FRIGG resembles the shape of a butterfly. The shield with wavy edges has large airholes and in the middle you find a round center that highlights the elegance of the pacifier.
The shield is shaped with soft, flowing edges. It feels light and balanced. The design follows a simple Scandinavian idea: less noise, more calm. The result is a butterfly pacifier that feels gentle in both look and function.
The FRIGG Butterfly pacifier is designed as one of our orthodontic pacifiers. The nipple supports a natural suckling pattern and follows the shape of your baby’s mouth. It is created to encourage a gentle and natural tongue placement, helping your baby use the same natural movements as during breastfeeding or bottle feeding.
It helps reduce pressure on gums, palate, and jaw. This supports natural oral development in the early years, where balance and gentle stimulation are important. The shape is anatomical, which means it sits correctly in the mouth without needing to be turned or adjusted.
Many parents find that this makes the transition to a pacifier easier. The shape feels natural and balanced for most babies, even when preferences vary from child to child.
Every FRIGG Butterfly pacifier is made with care and attention to detail. The nipple is made from food-grade silicone, which is soft, durable, and easy to clean in everyday life. It can handle being dropped and used many times a day.
The shield is made from polypropylene and produced in collaboration with Schnoor Plast in Denmark. The nipples are produced by Almo Sil, also in Denmark. This close collaboration helps ensure consistent quality.
All pacifiers are tested according to EN1400 standards and additional A2 safety testing. Final assembly and quality checks are done in Hinnerup, Denmark.
The FRIGG Butterfly pacifier comes in different sizes to follow your baby’s growth.
Some babies prefer a slightly larger or smaller size than expected. This is normal. A smaller feeling pacifier can sometimes feel easier to accept, while a larger one may feel more secure for others. There is no single right choice for every baby.
If you are unsure, it can help to try different shapes and sizes. Most babies adapt over time, and preference is often more flexible than expected.
A pacifier is not a solution to everything. It is a small support in everyday life. It can help during sleep, during quiet pauses, or when your baby needs a familiar feeling. In many families it becomes a quiet part of the day, without taking up space or attention. It simply steps in when comfort is needed, and fades into the background when it is not.
The FRIGG Butterfly pacifier is made to be part of these simple moments. It does not demand attention. It simply offers comfort when needed. Its role is gentle rather than guiding, supporting your baby in their own rhythm and helping create small pauses of calm in between all the new impressions of early life.
To keep the pacifier safe for daily use, rinse it in boiling water for a few minutes before first use. Clean it regularly and check for signs of wear. After cleaning, let it dry fully in clean air before storing it in a dry place. Replace it after one to two months of regular use, or sooner if needed.
Before each use, gently inspect the nipple by pulling it lightly to ensure it is intact and smooth. If you notice any changes in texture, stickiness, or small tears, it is time to replace it.
Avoid dishwasher cleaning and sterilizers, as heat can affect the materials over time. Keep the pacifier away from direct sunlight or high heat for longer periods, and store it separately from sharp objects or chemicals. Do not attach cords or accessories unless they are designed for pacifier use.
