When shopping on frigg.com, you agree to our terms and conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made on frigg.com. The terms may be changed without notice; therefore, it is recommended that you review the terms with each purchase.

The amount will not be charged to your account until your order has been dispatched. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your purchase has been completed.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping is handled by DAO, and the delivery time is estimated at 2-8 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping costs are as follows:

  • Other countries: 7.99 €

Free Shipping:

  • Orders above 500 DKK or 67 €

Return Instructions

To return a product, you must arrange and pay for your own return shipping. Return labels cannot be purchased through frigg.com.

We recommend obtaining a track-and trace number when returning products. Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days after we receive the returned items or proof of shipment. Note that we do not offer exchanges. To replace an item, return the original and place a new order.

Attention: Returns only apply to non-personalized items. Therefore, personalized items (with engraving) are non-returnable.

Customs Fees for Non-EU Customers

For customers outside the European Union, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the total cost of your order. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

Changes to Purchase and Cancellations

Once you have placed an order, it is not possible to change it. Fast delivery is something we highly prioritize, which is why we begin processing orders immediately. In case of an inability to pick up your package from the designated delivery point it does not qualify as a cancellation. In such cases, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your items. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@frigg.com. Return conditions include:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Items must not be personalized with engraving.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

It is your own responsibility to ensure that the item is securely wrapped when sending it back. The item is at your risk until it is received by us.

If you have ordered several items, in one order, and if the items are not delivered simultaneously, your right of withdrawal is effective from receipt of the last item.

If the withdrawal period expires on a public holiday, a Saturday, on Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Day, the deadline is extended to the following working day.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing info@frigg.com. It is vital that you include clear photos showing the issue.

To ensure we can assist you effectively, such issues must be reported within 5 (five) calendar days of receiving your order.

If the problem is due to our error, you may choose between receiving a replacement or a full refund.

Redress Opportunities

If you want to complain about a purchase from FRIGG, please start by emailing our customer service at info@frigg.com.

The EU ODR platform (Online Dispute Resolution) can also be used to file a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country.
