Delivery
All orders are processed and dispatched from FRIGG's headquarter in Denmark within 1 - 2 working days.
Shipping is handled by DSV, one of Europe’s leading logistics providers. Estimated delivery time is typically 2–8 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to local conditions or peak periods.
Depending on your location and local DSV service, your order will be delivered either directly to your home address or to a designated parcel pickup location. If delivery to a pickup location applies, you will be informed by the carrier once your parcel is ready for collection.

- Denmark: From 39 DKK
- Other countries: 7,99 €
- Pick up at FRIGG: FREE (DK only)
Free Shipping:
- Orders above 500 DKK or 67 €
Lost Shipments
If you have not received your order within 14 business days after receiving the shipping information, please contact FRIGG as soon as possible. Contact us here.
Uncollected Parcels
If you are not able to pick up your delivery as agreed, we charge the original shipping fee. The fee will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, we also charge the extra delivery cost associated with the return of the package to FB Trading ApS. This cost will vary depending on the country the package is returned from.

Returns
To return a product, you must arrange and pay for your own return shipping. Return labels cannot be purchased through frigg.com.

We recommend obtaining a track-and trace number when returning products. Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days after we receive the returned items or proof of shipment. Note that we do not offer exchanges. To replace an item, return the original and place a new order.
Attention: Returns only apply to non-personalized items. Therefore, personalized items (with engraving) are non-returnable.
